New acquisition this weekend: A 1966/67 Hagstrom III. Ultra thin neck, low action, this swedish beauty is amazingly playable.

I’m not sure why it has that thing(for lack of a better term at the moment haha) in the middle… but it looks awesome. And I want it, even if it doesn’t do anything cool. 

That looks like a (circa) 1958 Hagstrom P46 Deluxe, and agreed, it’s swedishly awesome! That “thing” is a Hifi pickup, and the bigsby must have been added later.
